All About Sphere
Six years ago on September 27, 2018, ground was broken on the Las Vegas Strip next to The Venetian Resort on a $2.3 billion, 18,600-seat auditorium and giant illuminated dome complete with a wraparound LED screen and 4D effects called the MSG Sphere.
Now just called the Sphere and owned by Sphere Entertainment and Vici Properties, this music and entertainment arena opened its doors to the public on September 29, 2023, with the legendary band U2 opening up a 40-date residency deemed U2:UV Achtung Baby Live at Sphere. On October 6, 2023, director Darren Arnonofsky’s mesmerizing docu-film created exclusively for the Sphere, Postcard From Earth, opened.
For those interested in a live look, here is a Sphere Las Vegas Live Cam Free link from YouTube so you can check out what’s going on there right now.

Sphere Parking and Transportation
Guests can enter the Sphere from Sands Avenue or Westchester Drive and you can secure Sphere Las Vegas parking ahead of time. If you are parking at the venue itself, always remember how busy the Las Vegas Strip is and allow yourself enough time. You can also look for additional parking using this link of nearby parking lots.
Transportation to the Sphere can be tricky, and many may prefer to use taxi cabs or popular rideshares like Uber or Lyft. The rideshare pick-up and drop-off spots for the Sphere are located at the corner of Manhattan Street and Westchester Drive.
Access to the Sphere is conveniently located across from this pick-up and drop-off spot. Not having to pay for parking or worrying about your car while at the Sphere makes taxis and ridesharing a viable alternative, especially if you may be drinking.
