An August Evening With Wilco 2025 Tour Information

After wrapping up a series of April and May concert dates with Waxahatchee and shows in Asheville, North Carolina (Sweet and Sour Tour), and Louisville, Kentucky, Chicago rockers Wilco announced North American dates in August for An August Evening With Wilco.

Besides the date with Waxahatchee, Wilco lead vocalist Jeff Tweedy held his annual benefit shows in his native Chicago at the Vic Theatre (April 18-19) and Wilco went to South America to do shows in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Brazil (C6 Fest 2025).

Before Wilco embarks on these North American shows this summer, they’re in Europe where they will play a show in the Netherlands (June 15), two shows in Belgium (June 16-17), two nights in Germany (June 19-20), as well as a night at the historic Royal Albert Hall in London, England (June 22).

Next, it’s off to Paris, France (June 23) before ending the European leg with four shows across the Iberian Peninsula and Spain in Barcelona (June 26), Madrid (June 27), Granada (June 28), and Valencia (June 29).

And before opening the North American leg, frontman Tweedy will be doing solo shows in South Deerfield, Massachusetts (July 24), with Hannah Cohen, and in Newport, Rhode Island for the Newport Folk Festival (July 27) and three East Coast dates on the Outlaw Music Festival (August 1-3) along with Willie Nelson & Family, Bob Dylan and others.

Wilco has already announced that they will be performing at the Sky Blue Festival in Riviera Maya, Mexico next year on January 18 and January 19, 2026.

An August Evening With Wilco North American Dates

The North American leg of the An August Evening With Wilco tour kicks off its 17-date sprint in Philadelphia at The Met on Tuesday, August 5, followed by another Keystone State show in Pittsburgh at Heinz Hall on the following night (August 6).

The group heads to its native Midwest for Wilco concerts in Cleveland Heights, Ohio (August 7), its hometown of Chicago at The Salt Shed Fairgrounds (August 10), before doing three shows in the Show Me State in Chesterfield, Missouri (August 12), Springfield, Missouri (August 13), and Kansas City, Missouri (August 14).

Wilco then heads to the Rocky Mountains for nights in Denver (August 16) and Vail Village, Colorado (August 17) followed by dates in Jackson Hole, Wyoming (August 19), Ogden, Utah (August 20), and Bonner, Montana (August 22).

Next up are three Wilco shows in the Pacific Northwest with two nights at the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle, Washington (August 24-25) and an added night at the Chevrolet Stage at PNE Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver, Britain Columbia, Canada (August 27).

The North American leg unplugs the amps in the Great White North with shows in Calgary, Alberta on August 29 at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium and the tour finale in Edmonton on August 30 at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium.

Based on previous Wilco band concert information from the Internet, shows can last in the longer range of between 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours or more and may be longer depending on opening acts. A two-night “show” at Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa, Oklahoma lasted six hours in 2024.
