Phantogram, the dream pop meet electronica duo, is getting ready to begin the Running Through Colors Tour in 2025. The tour begins in Las Vegas on January 15 and travels to Anaheim, San Diego, Austin, New Orleans, and Chicago, among other major cities across North America.

Phantogram 2025 Tour Openers
Meija – Opened several February shows, including New Orleans. A chill indie-pop act with dreamy synths and soft vocals.
GLU – The solo project of Michael Shuman (from Queens of the Stone Age). Played select early dates with an edgy alt-rock vibe.
Open Mike Eagle – The alternative rapper joined for select shows like San Francisco, bringing witty, cerebral hip-hop energy.
Ginger and the Peppers – Appeared on certain dates, offering a set of eclectic covers and groovy originals.
About Phantogram
American music duo Phantogram was formed in 2007 and consists of long-time friends Sarah Barthel and Josh Carter. Their musical genre? It’s electronic rock mixed with dream pop, some electronica makes its way in there too as well as trip-hop.
Biography and History
Phantogram was previously entitled “Charlie Everywhere” before it became Phantogram in 2009. The band is inspired by many artists like J Dilla, Serge Gainsbourg, My Bloody Valentine, Madlib, Sonic Youth, The Beatles, and David Bowie.
Their debut album Eyelid Movies was released in Europe in 2009 and in the US in 2010. The album received generally favorable reviews and included singles like "Mouthful of Diamonds," "When I'm Small," and "As Far as I Can See."
Phantogram has played shows with Metric and The xx, and done opening sets for J-Live and Brazilian Girls. In addition, they have toured with The Slip, Zero 7, and Minus the Bear.
In 2011, the band issued the EP Nightlife, which included the single "Don't Move." They worked with Big Boi of OutKast on three of his songs for his second studio album.
