Who is Bruno Mars?
TV shows, YouTube, magazines, and billboards, Bruno Mars has achieved the global superstar status that makes even Hollywood’s biggest names jealous.
Born Peter Gene Hernandez, the Hawaiian singer, songwriter, record producer, and performer started his singing career as an Elvis impersonator for his family band before moving to Los Angeles at 18 to pursue his dream.

Bruno is not the only one in his family with a musical gift, Bruno Mars has an older brother, Eric Hernandez, who tours with him as a drummer. His 4 sisters have also launched a group known as “The Lylas” comprising of Jaime Kailani, Tiara Bell, Tahiti Hernandez and Presley Hernandez.

Mars’ success continued with his second studio album, Unorthodox Jukebox. It debuted at #2 and quickly topped the chart at #1 in multiple weeks. The albums, dubbed R&B and pop fusion perfection by critics, earned Bruno Mars numerous nominations and awards, including a Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album at the 56th Grammy Awards.
In 2014, Bruno Mars was featured in Mark Ronson’s mega-hit “Uptown Funk,” won Mars another Grammy Award, and got the whole world up and dancing long before TikTok was a thing.
Now, at the age of 38, Bruno Mars is still on his quest to revolutionize music. He released the commercially and critically successful album 24K Magic in 2016 and then equally successful An Evening with Silk Sonic in 2021 as a duo with Anderson .Paak.

It has been 8 whole years since the Uptown Funk singer dropped his last solo album, 24K Magic. So when will BM4 drop?
In early 2023, It was revealed in an interview that Bruno Mars was working on his next album. There have also been instances where eager fans take his social media posts of being in the studio as a sign of an album release.
However, it seems like the Atlantics Records’ Golden Boy is in no hurry to finish it. The album’s content has not been revealed, but it is promised to be big, bold, and worth the wait.

It is difficult not to get excited about Bruno Mars’s songs and dances. Those who have been to his concert have confirmed that his smooth vocals, charismatic stage presence, and impressive footwork are reminiscences of the classic Michael Jackson era showmanship.

With the opening of his new jazz club “The Pinky Ring” at the Bellagio, Las Vegas, one can expect Bruno to be spending more time in Sin City.
You can book a table at the lounge with a minimum spend of $300 for 2. Walk-in Reservations are also available from 5pm-8pm and Live music sets from 8pm-11pm.
Live in Las Vegas at Park MGM
His residency at Dolby Live, Park MGM continues on from June, with the last announced date as September 1, 2024. Shows start at 9pm and last for roughly 1 hour and 40 minutes. The setlist features hits from his albums over the years, as well covers and mashups you can only experience in person.
